Tuition & Pricelist

Per-lesson pricing for every department, flexible payment plans, and discounts for families with more than one child.

How payment works

Choose the plan that suits your family. All tuition is paid in advance.

Choose a plan

Pay for the full year, by session (Session 1: Sept–Nov · Session 2: Dec–Feb · Session 3: March–June), or monthly. Full-year and session plans are significantly discounted, and sibling discounts apply.

Pay in advance

Tuition is due by the first class of each month or session, at the front desk, by cash, check or Zelle.

Late fees

5% after the 5th of the month, 10% after the 10th and 15% after the 15th. Two weeks overdue means no class until the balance is paid.

Make-ups, not refunds

Missed lessons are made up: 2 per session plan or 1 per month, within the paid period. Private lessons need 24 hours’ notice to cancel.

Paying by Zelle? Send payment to dianaelya1@gmail.com and include the student’s name. All other payments are made at the front desk.

Other fees

Everything else you may pay during the year.

Registration fee — $75 per yearNon-refundable. Collected each September or at registration. Students enrolled for 12 months without a break pay it only once a year.

Recital fee — yearlyNon-refundable, due in September or at registration. Covers performance production, rehearsals and insurance, plus tickets to your child’s recitals and shows.

CostumesDance and group-class families buy costumes and accessories for each number. The first deposit is due in September.

Competitions & special eventsAs a nonprofit, the school charges separate fees for costumes, staging, music and competition entries.

Returned check — $35Charged for each returned check. Accounts 60 or more days overdue may be sent to collections.

Balances & performancesStudents with an unpaid balance cannot perform at events until the account is settled.

Refunds & cancellations

Registration fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
A full refund (minus the registration fee) must be requested in writing and received by the office before the first class.
No refunds are given once the student’s installment session has begun. All tuition is calculated per lesson.
In exceptional cases — prolonged illness (more than one month) or a severe injury, confirmed by a doctor’s note — a partial refund may be possible.
Private lessons cancelled less than 24 hours ahead are charged.
Cancellations are not accepted later than 72 hours after registration.
Classes are subject to change without notice; such changes do not entitle students to a refund.
