When you use our contact, registration, absence or email-update forms, we collect what you enter — for example names, email addresses, phone numbers, home address, the student’s date of birth, school and grade, programs of interest, and any health or other notes you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site working.
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, register and place students, manage attendance, make-up classes and billing, send school announcements you asked for, keep children safe (for example, health notes), and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Our forms are intended to be completed by adults. Information about a child is provided by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without a parent’s consent, contact us and we will delete it.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the school and this website (such as our web host and email provider), when required by law, or to protect the safety of students and staff.
Photos and videos of students appear on this site under the photo, video and interview release in our registration form. Parents may opt out on the registration form, or contact the office to ask for a photo to be removed.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
