Our chess program runs from beginner to advanced classes, and students take part in domestic and city chess competitions.
Chess builds skills that carry into every subject: planning, patience and focus. Classes are grouped by level so every student is challenged, from the four-year-old learning how the knight moves to the adult sharpening an opening repertoire.

Per-lesson prices from our current pricelist. Full-year and session plans are discounted, and sibling discounts apply.

Chess classes start at age 4, and adults are welcome too.

No. We teach everyone from beginners learning the moves to advanced players.

Yes. Students take part in domestic and New York City chess competitions.
